Our Customer Care telephone center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays), and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Customers can call 502-8900 and use the same number for repair service. Our Customer Care lobby is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays for customers who prefer to conduct business in person. It is located in the lobby of the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building at South 35th Street and Union Avenue.
