OUR DIGITAL UPGRADE IS COMPLETE
Important information for Click! customers.*
You may have seen postcards, bill messages and commercials explaining about our recent digital upgrade. Please read below to see how your TV service may be affected.
Analog TVs
If you have an older, analog TV (before 2007) not connected to a cable receiver, you need a Digital To Analog converter (DTA) or cable receiver to continue to view channels 20-82 after August 15, 2011 (see below.)
Digital TVs
If you have a digital TV not connected to a cable receiver, it is important to auto program your TV to ensure you are viewing the digital and HD versions of your channels. General auto programming instructions and digital channel line-up here.
How to Get a DTA:
You can pick one up in our lobby during normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.
